Terms of Service

By using OrderOpenly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using the service

OrderOpenly provides websites and ordering tools for participating businesses. You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid interfering with its operation or security.

Customer order requests

Submitting an order sends a pickup request to the participating business. A request is not accepted until the business confirms it. Product availability, preparation timing, substitutions, taxes, and final fulfillment remain the responsibility of that business.

Payment at pickup

Unless a storefront clearly states otherwise, payment is due directly to the business at pickup. OrderOpenly does not hold, route, or settle customer funds in the current pay-at-pickup workflow.

Business accounts and content

Businesses are responsible for keeping staff access secure and for the accuracy of their products, prices, hours, availability, pickup instructions, tax settings, and customer communications. A business represents that it has the right to use the names, descriptions, and images it provides.

Acceptable use

You may not use OrderOpenly for unlawful goods or services, fraudulent requests, harassment, spam, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or activity that disrupts the service. Access may be suspended when these terms are violated.

Service limitations

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderOpenly and EaryDigital are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or disputes between a business and its customers.

Ending service

A business may end service according to its project agreement. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Questions can be sent to bill@earydigital.com.
